CIRCUITY CITY RIP OFF OF $50 REBATE AIEA, Hawaii
Aloha! my Name is Robert. I bought a EMachine Monitor in October 2nd 2005. It Also had a Rebare of $50.00 to be sent to Me in 12 weeks or less. I have tried on 2 Ocassions to see what has happened to My Rebate.
On Sunday the 23rd of Feb. I went down to Circuit City and was told that it was dismissed. A Sales Lady said that She would call Me back the Next Day with an Answer. She Did and exolained that She had to Fax EMachines a Bar Number. This has been 5 Months since I have Bought this Monitor.
As I have been reading on the Web, it is a REAL Problem with Circuit City for Rebates. My Neighbor has also bought Thousands of Dollars with this Company But NO Rebates have ever been Sent. Last Christmas I just bought 2 T.V. s from them Plus an E Machine Computer and Much, Much More. They have Bad Service.
I was Also Sent A Circuit City Credit Card Bill with a Balance of 0, NO Monies Charged. They had add in a Finance Charge of $2.30, For What. I Do Not Have anything charged on My Card. I paid it off after getting Ripped off with this Charge, soooo Many Times.
Now I need to have the Lady call Me back on this issue. She had NO Explnation for this Finance Charge with No Purchases Made on the Card. Plus You can Never call and Talk to A Real Person when you call Chase Cardmember Service.
I am Waiting to get this Charge Erased off My Card. I am Disabled and it makes it worst. I have to Drive about 60 Miles to go to Circuit City. I Will Never Buy anything Again From them. I Do realize that I am only 1 Person So What Do They Care?
