Here's the story on Stephen from Kentucky who won't publish his last name, company name or phone #. I answered and ad on mortgage broker's forum where he advertised that he had the best leads at the best price. I bought into his program and paid with my credit card. Needless to say they were bogus, cheap names and phone numbers who never inquired about a mortgage. I contacted this fast talking salesman and he never tried to make good on his product. I took the matter to my credit card company which allowed him to prove his credibility. After their investigation was concluded they ruled in my favor and credited my account. CASE CLOSED STEPHEN! Here is where Stephen gets down and dirty and shows his real colors. He attempts to defame my character by posting on this website that I commit fraud. First of all, I never did a loan for Stephen, I bought bogus leads. The victim here is me. He is upset because I outsmarted him and did not allow him to rip me off. By using the word FRAUD, Stephen just got himself a nice law suit for defamation of character. The NJ Banking Department would be happy to disclosed any and all information pertaining to my mortgage license in that State. Normally I would never exert any energy or time entertaining what someone thinks or says about me. I really don't care. Anyone can write and spread rumors about you when you are successful and smart. The reason why I decided to rebuke Stephen;s allegations is that I want to remind anyone reading this that there are laws with severe penalties against anyone who defames your name and/or credibility. When you work hard to do the right thing and have the respect of your family, community and peers-don't sit on the fence to individuals who have nothing better to do but spread negativity! Pick up the phone and contact an attorney. They love guys like Stephen who are foolish enough to post the evidence on the internet!
