Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been employed with CDG for about 2 months. I have an exstensive sales backround, and within 2 weeks I was an above average caller. I am never late, never absent (in my opinion a valuable employee).

Within a 10 mile radius of my CDG office, you would find probably 300 cheaply made signs stuck in the ground advertising a $15 per hour job and to call their hotline. In my approximation, there are probably 100 applicants per week.

Today, I showed up at work (about 15 mins. early, as well as about 20 other employees). Now, there are about 45 cubicles available for cold callers. Because of the huge amount of trainees, about 15 experienced employees were sent home (without pay) due to lack of cubicles. This happens almost every day to different employees, depending on your numbers, and how well the manager on duty likes you. Then, of course you are forced to make up these hours another day, when it wasn't even your fault to begin with. If you have another job (which I do), it makes no difference. You must still make these hours up or get written up.

It seems that my office is run by irresponsible children (I'm 32 and one of the oldest employees. It seems odd that everyday before work, I am unsure of whether or not I will be able to work, and find it very hard to believe this is legal.

There are many, many, many other distasteful problems in this office, but this one affects me the most.

I worked at the office in Portsmouth, Ohio and can attest to unfair labor practices. There have been times when I was very sick and brought in a doctors excuse was told that I would be excused for the absence. Then the next week they would suspend me for not hitting my hours! What a joke! I had an excused absence the week before, now this week I am suspended for not getting my hours?! The very next week after the 3 day suspension I came in for my first scheduled day which was wednesday and got suspended for not hitting my hours the prior week! Because I was suspende for not getting my hours the week before that! I actually went crawling back to the bastards hoping for a job because I was between work and collecting unemployment, but because Dan Damron is a c****ucker, he wouldn't let me comeback. I'm glad he didn't! I got a great job now. One that I don't have to worry about being treated like crap at and wonder on my way to work if this is the day I get fired or quit because of all the s**t that went on. Granted, at first this job was great: worked 40 hours, got raises but, the last 2 years I worked there were hell. I actually had to go to counselling for anger management, it was that bad. My counsellor said he had worked with numerous ex employees and they all had the same thing in common, don't laugh: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder! No lie. If you see that little white sign with blue lettering on it that says "$8.00 per hour! Great Job!" Run!!!!! That place will slowly kill you on the inside.
