Nice try Amiee. Now that I'm back from the vacation you were supposed to send the rosette tops (3rd order), I can address your comments.
I have included a screen shot of my PayPal home page displaying my account information including the email address listed with my account (right-click on image and choose 'view' to see better image). Anyone who has ever used Paypal to send money without an invoice knows that the sender can input any information into the payment attempt which means when you sent the money to that incorrect email address, you entered my company's information. Pretty clever taking a screenshot of it and trying to pass it off as my account information except that you made that rebuttal listing that email address you claim to be my account information on June 26th when on June 24th you stated that you had been attempting to refund the wrong account. Yup, I've included that screen shot too (right-click on image and choose 'view' to see better image).
I was going to go into how, for some odd reason, your transaction details listed in your original rebuttal don't match the transaction numbers and details listed with PayPal but the picture of your note says plenty more than I ever could.
Let's address that note though.
I'm sure you remember what you wrote but here it is for the consumers reading this report (see picture,right-click on image and choose 'view' to see better image):
"I talked to paypal & I was sending the money to info@artech instead of billing@ if you would have paid attention to the copy & paste of the refund you would have caught it! I tried to refund you on the 19th. Now if my name is not removed from that page & stop emailing I will charge you."
So now it's my fault that you cannot process a refund properly? I DID tell you repeatedly, including in this ripoff report, that that was not my email. Heck you even initiated the final refund/payment in the evening AFTER I posted that you had not refunded as you stated you had in your rebuttal. I suppose you already knew that though because you 'refunded' the $5 payment but sent me payments for the rest instead of refunding those transactions. More of your games perhaps?
Secondly, you did not ever try to refund me on the 19th because even the $5 refund shows a request date of the 20th.
As for removing your name, it isn't possible. Your rebuttal on other ripoff reports includes finger-pointing about not adhering to RipOff Report's guidelines about being truthful because a person chose to be anonymous. You've been plenty untruthful with your retorts (my pictures alone as proof) so you seem pretty guilty of that but that is neother here nor there; the point I am trying to make is that RipOff Report's guidelines state these reports cannot be deleted. Sites like this are created to offer reputable vendors the opportunity to rectify service failures and redeem the reputations or warn other consumers. My report, as evidenced by the picture proof (see picture,right-click on image and choose 'view' to see better image), is completely truthful and verifiable....which incidentally, makes your 'charge me' threat nothing but that- an unfounded threat.
I told you repeatedly in all my ignored email messages and wall posts that I understood delays. As a business owner, I know that things can happen. All you needed to do was be honest and deliver your product. Instead, you strung me along, played with MY money for almost 3 months and stole precious moments away from my first daughter.
As I stated on your 'other' facebook fan page, Crafty Moms Unite, it's unscrupulous vendors like yourself who make it difficult for honest ones. When a person is scammed, they are that much more apprehensive when making a decision to buy from a total stranger online.
Your product is not unique. What will set you apart from other vendors is your service and price points. Who cares if you state your product is 'affordable' when your service is apathetic and your fulfillment is nonexistent. Moreover, I recommended you to friends and you even mistreated a former coworker. Have you any idea how embarrassing that is?
Lastly, in your original rebuttal, you stated you shipped imy items on the 18th? I still haven't received anything. "Do you have the tracking information?"

I had the same problem as mentioned here.
When you ask where your order is you get told "shipping today!" or "shipping tomorrow!" then you ask a week later (when you never receive it) to again be told "Shipping today!" etc. Then after you ask the 3rd or 4th time she will either block you or claim YOU did something wrong. I've also seen people ask for their Delivery Confirmation numbers on her fanpage and claim she was waiting to get it. The DC# is given to you when you mail something and even placed on your receipt, you never have to wait for it. If you pay your shipping online then the "Track" option appears in Paypal also.

Your argument is best used on yourself.
Clearly I created this post on the 19th. Then your rebuttal on the 20th included some copy+paste paypal transaction details. As I've already stated in plain English, your paypal transaction information stated one 'refund' for $5 and the other two were payment attempts to '[email protected].' As I've already stated in plain English, that is not my email address nor is it the email address I used to pay you. Your paypal information clearly states 'Refund' on only transaction and payments to an unknown email address as far as I'm concerned....or maybe you did read and understand it, hence why my paypal screen shots, through the 24th, show only ONE transaction from you. I took a screenshot as proof; I didn't cut and paste any ole information.
+ don't forget that question of whether or not you shipped the items, given how many times you've stated you've shipped them, can also be debunked with a simple tracking number. It's clear I'm honest with the picture proof and the update regarding the total refund; can you say the same?
The whole drama is in black and white- plain English, for all to see. Stupid or not, the proof is in the pudding.

OMG are you kidding me????? Can you not read! I initiatied your refund DAYS ago as I stated and I posted the copy from my paypal please note it STATES PENDING UNTIL JUNE 24th! OMG seriously???? The website made me do it???? Um no! I offered it to you and it takes a few days to pull from my bank! Maybe you should get glasses so you can read my post again because ClEARLY you are missing where it states in clear english pending until june 24th! GEEZ!

So after posting this report on Saturday, June 19th, I finally received a refund of my total $55. Again, for the two $8o/each gift cards and the supposed $38 credit for 'winning' the raffle benefiting the sick child, paid on April 8th and April 19th, I have FINALLY been refunded.
The $50 order placed on April 17th, has never arrived. The mailman just came and nothing even though the seller claimed in her rebuttal that she shipped it. I have never received any tracking information and welcome the owner to rebuttal with it. I will still be on the lookout for a package. Should it arrive, I will take a picture of the shipping label and post it here in addition to sending the money back to the seller.
It's a shame that it took me posting this report here on the 19th and reporting the seller to authorities just to receive my refund but I guess it simply shows that ripoff report works.

Today I am posting a screenshot of my current paypal history. In her rebuttal she stated that she refunded me and that the payment would clear on the 24th. Here we are on the 24th and you can see for yourself that all she refunded is $5 from my $55.

Here are better pictures to prove that Claire's Bowtique has not refunded me and how she continually lies about ship dates.
Note in her rebuttal that there is only one item labeled a 'refund.' The other two are payments to '[email protected]' which is neither my e-mail nor is it the email address associated with my paypal account. It's another of Amiee's stories.
Paypal payments:
April 8 for $25
April 19 for $25
April 23 for $5
That totals $55 and she is attempting a refund of $5. There were no funds in her acct so paypal is pending the refund until June 24 provided she can produce the funds. Please note the two bills I have sent her. She canceled the first and is ignoring the second.
Note all the emails she sent stating she had shipped the order that day.
Again, BUYER BEWARE as it's nothing but story after story with this one.

These are more of her stories and I've included screen shots as proof.
Note my paypal payments to her- two for $25 each and one for $5. She has only sent a $5 refund which is on hold until June 24 to ensure the funds clear her bank. Again, I paid $55 and she is attempting to refund $5. Please note the last two transactions: they are two bills I have sent to her for $55. She canceled the first and is ignoring the 2nd. Some refund- $5 out of $55.
Additionally, check out the communications between us. She first stated she was shipping on May 12th; then on May 29th, she stated it had shipped a week prior; then on June 2nd stated it was shipping that day; then on June 7th stated it was shipping that day! Now she is claiming it shipped on June 18th? Which is it?
That link on June 7th was to a group where a slew of other people were sharing their similar stories of Amiee taking money/never shipping/not refunding and the 'stalker' she is claiming to be filing a police report on is a woman who contacted me to share her story of how Amiee took her money.

I am the owner of Claire's and this person above was given a refund on June 20th. This refund shows pending until June 24th and paypal has assured me that she was notifed of the attempt to return funds. Yes her order was late and yes I apogolized SEVERAL times. Her order was shipped out on June 18th along with several freebies as another apology.
