Clawson Photography clawson photography is a fraud! ripoff Cabazon California
when I first contacted joannessa she seemed like a very profesional person. she negotiated a reasonable price for our deposit. she always told me she would call back to set up our engagement session pictures but I always had to contact her, she also laged on getting us our contract. when the date finaly came up for the engagement session I called joanessa to make sure she was going to be there and she gave me the longest story about how her husband had health problems and was in the hospital.
Again she said she would call me back but never did. james finally showed up and took our pictures, we actually liked the pictures but we still didint want to pay them the full amount. when we tried to contact them 2 weeks before the wedding all their numbers were disconected, they called us about a week later and demanded the rest of the money. they said that they were not going to photograph our wedding because they were sending someone else.
we sent them the money and the photographer did show up. however weeks later they disapeared and disconected all their numbers. they did not pay the photographer for our wedding and now the other photographer has to charge us for our pictures. we gave joannessa and james the full $900 and they have not contacted us or the photographer in any way.
we are going to take further legal actions against them by filing for small claims or taking them to court. if any body else is doing the same please let us know.

Dear Fellow Victim -- There are over 15 couples who're suffering the same situation and have placed so much attention on the Clawsons that a segment aired last night (11/29/06) on Channel 3 News of Palm Springs. Apparently the Clawson's response (more like excuses) is airing tonight.
