Clear Water Pools warranty isn't worth the paper it’s printed on. Ann Arbor Michigan
I've been a loyal customer of theirs for 14 years. Other than the original construction of my pool I've used them 99% of the time for all matters related to my pool. In April of 2012 I had them redo the marcite on my pool. Clearwater pools, as in past years, did all my water testing several times a year. One year later the Marcite is worse than 50 grit sand paper. You need to be careful while swimming so you do get an abrasion from scraping the side or bottom of the pool. After calling him once or twice per week for the last month Jeff the owner won't call me back or even come look at the problem. When I go to the store to talk to him he's always in a meeting that last too long for me to wait per his employees. The contract calls for a 2 year warranty from this sort of thing. Clearwater pools warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. This is the way they treat a 14 year loyal customer. Ann Arbor Michigan

Met with Jeff the owner of Clear Water pools. I now feel comfortable that he will resolve the problem with our pool .
