OMG! Clear FX Skin people are such liars!
Their rebuttal twists all the facts and a good example of the type of people you will be dealing with if you do business with them. LIARS.
Just to give you an idea, the equipment we received were (not limited to what I listed below):
* Powder canisters have signs of rust
* Diamond tips casing were scratched, dented and cracked
* Lotion bottle was capped with saran wrap
* DVD was not labelled like it was copied out of a computer
* Hoses were all tinted with signs of usage
* Laser wands were not professionally wrapped and scratched
* Metal Stand has signs of damages
We went through a 3 month process to do a charge back on our purchase. During this process, we sent in photos and proofs of how poorly the equipment we received and had to proof that we never used the equipment. I have the photos to show the meter counter indicating that the equipment was never used. AND WE WON THE CHARGE BACK.
We made the mistake of not cancelling the credit card used for the purchase because Clear FX fraudulently charged our credit card without our approval. Because we caught it too long after the fact, we were not able to get our money back.
I was so pissed; so I researched about them. Clear FX Skin (aka Organica Systems and other business names) are ran by a family of Revivo brothers, Nathan and Roy, along with their spouses. They do not have a formal manufacturing plant.
Their website and their words will tell you that the equipment has to be tested prior to shipping and that is why the canisters are used looking. If these equipment were properly manufactured, wouldn't they be tested already? who's to say that they did not ship you a model they already used at the shows or a returned unit?
They recently started another business, Organciasystems.com, selling the same machines under a different name. Does this raise any red flags for you?
They also have previous businesses that also have complaints of cheating consumers:

I've found so much more than those links above. Don't know if I can include them all onto this post; so I limited it.
I have nothing to gain from this; but only trying to do the right thing to warn consumers about fraudulent vendors. Don't make the same mistake I did where I lost hard earned money.

Hello Everyone,
This customer purchased a machine from us at the Philadelphia trade show in 2011. Ten days after the show the machine was delivered to her with all the supplies that were stated on her invoice . A week after the delivery, we received a call from the client stating that she noticed there was crystal in her filter and that one of the boxes that had the supplies in it had a dent. We asked if the supplies were damaged and she said no, but that she wanted to make sure everything was brand new. Without hesitation we sent her another brand new box of supplies (as was the original shipment) via next day UPS. We always want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their equipment.
We explained to the client that there is crystal in the filter due to us testing each machine before we send it out. ClearFx Skin tests every machine for 15 min before shipping to make sure the machine is properly calibrated.
After we explained this to the client she said she understood and appreciated the immediate response and good customer service.
We have emails with proof that we also emailed the client a week later to ensure everything was going well with her machine. She never responded. A month later we received a letter stating that client is doing a charge back. She never attempted to contact us or send back the equipment. By the rules of any merchant service you need to first contact the company and then send back the equipment. Visa merchant services denied her charge back due to the proof of purchase receipt and emails between the client and ClearFx skin.
In good faith we decided to refund the customer for the machine. ( she did not want to send back the equipment yet wanted to receive a full refund), after weeks she agreed to send back the equipment and we refunded her the amount of the purchase minus re-stocking fee. The customer states in the above complaint that we charged her credit card without consent for the restocking fee. It clearly states on the agreement that she signed and in our return policy that a restocking fee will be charged if the machine is returned.
We made an exception because we didn't want to have any problems with this customer.
We have great customer service and wanted to upkeep to that. This was a very unfortunate experience with a client who was not willing to uphold her end of the contract, requesting a refund while trying to keep $5900 of our equipment.
Upon the receipt of the equipment, it was clear that the machine was used by the customer for over 5 hours (roughly 30 treatments) as recorded by the hour meter built into each ClearFx microdermabrasion machine.
We have been in business for over 13 years and we have never had any complaints or issues. We are recognized by the American association of dermatology as the number 1 microdermabrasion machine on the market. We are known for our excellent customer service and we take pride in that. All of our microdermabrasion machines are manufactured in our facility in the USA and are brand new. We would be honored to provide you with tons and tons of medical and esthetic referrals from years of satisfied customers.
Please do not base your decision on this customers negative reviews. We have thousands of pleased customers. Please feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a list of Referrals.
Sincerely
Clear Fx Skin
