Client Care Relations - Access Credit Repair ripoff Credit Card Fraud, $2500 with $298 deposit only Palm Beach Gardens Florida
Over the last 2 years I have been trying to rebuild my credit due to some mistakes I have made in the past. I received a phone call the week of October 20th and was approached about repairing my credit with a $2500 card that would be sent if I made a deposit of $298 be electronic debit.
The company was named Client Care Relations and they were representing a company that helped repair credit, Access Credit Repair. I agreed and was told the debit from my account would be on October 17 and I would receive my card a few days later and would have instant acces to ATM to retrieve my deposit. 3 weeks went buy without a call and I called them back with the 1-800 number they gave me, I was told it was in the mail and I should receive it any time.
December 4 I called the number again and informed them that I had not received my card and wanted to know when I should expect it, the operator said the company was or would soon be declaring bankrupcy, that I would not be receiving my card and should contact my bank to reverse the debit. I called my bank to request this tranaction and they said I needed to have the company reverse the transaction.
I called Client Care Relations and was told they only represent the Access Credit repair and "dropped them like a hot potatoe" once they heard the news. I also requested address and phone numbers to this company and they gave me the following:
"We can't give the number because they won't even answer our calls. Here is their address it is in FLorida," the lady operator said sarcasatically.

I also requested Client Care numbers and address in a return call and a male operator said he could not give out the information, why did I want it? I said I wanted to contact a person in charge, when I asked again he said I was thick not getting the picture and hung up.
I immediately typed in Client Care Relations in "Google" and found this site with more of the same comments from people all over the US. Where do I go from here, how is justice obtained when you can't get a straight answer over the phone?
