On june 30th,2007 I joined and paid $272.28 canadian. While contacting there suppliers to try to find one that would accept my Visa due to my Canadian billing address, had no luck as my monthly maintenance fees were coming out of my bank (38.11) and was unable to use there services.

After contacting them by phone regarding this, the company did not return my calls but only sent emails and were not refunding me in any way. Offered me a free month of maintenance charges but if i couldn't use them the first two months, what was the good of a free month maintenance.

Be very cautious using this company as there not honoring there guarantee.

Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.

First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state.

The Simplx service is designed for customers to dropship products in the USA and Canada. Some of the suppliers in the Simplx network do not ship to Canada, but a majority of them do. It appears that this customer wanted to use a supplier which did not ship to Canada. We recommend that this customer switch to a different supplier.

The customer complains that they couldn't get their money back, but no where do they mention anything about the official Simplx refund policy. Clearly, this customer was beyond the refund deadline, and felt Simplx should be held accountable for this customer not canceling before the deadline. The refund policy is stated clearly in every single invoice for every single Simplx product purchased. If a customer disagrees with this policy, they are not forced to sign up. If they do sign up for the product and agree to the refund policy, then Simplx has the responsibility to honor this policy.

Simplx has standard operating and business hours, and if this customer called outside of normal business hours, then they would not have received an answer to their phone call. The customer fails to mention if they left a voicemail. Notice that Simplx allows customers to email 24 hours a day, and when the customer sent in an email, they received a response.

Each of our products come with a Twelve (12) Month Money Back Guarantee, and we honor that promise with every product. This customer chose not to fulfill their requirement to utilize this money back guarantee.

Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. To date this company has yet to resolve this issue,and therefore Had no choice but to contact my credit card company who are now investigation this so called company. PLEASE BEWARE ALL SO THIS COMPANY DOESN"T GET YOU.
