I opened an account at this casino and deposited about 500sek, I won over 300euro and was repeatedly promised that I would get money (live chat) and email. i also sent multiple verification email with a picture of my ID card and bank statement + a utility bill. when it was time for the payment day, my account is locked when I tryed to log on. and I sent three emails but got no answer. their telephone numbers on the website was not working and after a long time, I managed to reach them by phone and they said that my account is locked and all my assets were frozen and gone. I contacted police and reported the fraud. then I called the casino again because I wanted some info about all my deposits and telephone number of the owner of this casino. but got a flat refusal. they do not even want to pay back my deposit and total refuse to pay my 300euro. the reason I got was that an investigation they carried out had found severeal accounts that matched my deposits into my account ..? I only have one account and it is pure crap talk. the worst part was that they said I should have used me for AI software to have tampered with the games!
