coast2coast pc failure to refund virginia beach, Virginia
i canceled a buy from them in dec of 09 its now march 25, 2010, and no refund yet, they said 4 to 6 weeks to get the refund. i have contacted them many times. TJ the refund department manager (etx 309) keeps telling me it will be refunded friday, i have been hearing that for months, and now he wont accept my calls, refund amount is $149.00 , i did cancle in the alotted time have my bank statments and the auto email from there company when i did it, shows the date.
