Decided to try Code Red 7 for alternative to Viagra due to side effects of headaches and nasal issues with Viagra; wanted something all natural that didn't have to go into my body like a pill. One application as a topical felt like gasoline burning my skin immediately upon contact.
Called company same night that I received product to complain. Asked for a refund, got a 'return or RA' number and shipped the product back to them within a few days of the call. It took 7-10 weeks to get my refund, but it was only 25% of the amount charged.
I've called twice for a full refund, speaking to some one in India and they refuse to give me a full refund. Never was it stated that I'd only get 25% back if I was not satisfied, if they did I would have never signed up to begin with. In fact, they called back twice at order time to verify my card number, when they 'verify your card number' they sign you up with parallel vendors that also charge your card. Realizing this may be a scam, I asked them to cancel my transaction and the entire Code Red 7 order--they did not.
When you ask for a supervisor, they always explain that one is not available. I have no other recourse than to report this company as very bad with potential product liability issues to fraudulent representations. Their advertising throughout XM/Sirius radio stations. No web presence, no address...LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
