Colin Cleanse MD Rip Off, deliberate hidden "Terms" for receiving the free smaple and consecutive shipments, charged weeks before item arrived. Davie Florida
I ordered the free sample of Colin Cleanse MD and agreed to the charge for shipping of $3.95. I received that order and it was charged to my credit card...Then about a month later I had a charge for $89.31 under the name Green Tea on my card. I called the number listed on my charge bill and I was told I had to cancell any furthur shipments or they would send one every month until I cancelled. Since that tid bit was not mention on their ad on the Internet in plain sight, I wasn't aware I had to cancel any more shipments until the girl on the phone told me I had to. She said it was mentioned on the web site...I had to search for it but eventually did find it at the bottom under a link titled "Terms." I told her I didn't want the shipment and please credit my card back the $89.31. She said they couldn't credit me until I send the shipment back and get a new tracking number from the post office. So far I have not received the shipment they charged me the $89.31 for almost two weeks ago. When I read the Terms fully it said they do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped. So if I do get this shipment I am afraid if I send it back like the girl told me to do, they will not credit me back and I will be out the money and the product. The price they charge is unreal. I can get a similar product at Wal-Mart for $25. The outragious price is for a 30 day supply. I have learned my lesson the hard way..Now I am afraid they won't get my cancellation taken care of and will charge me again. People need to be careful when ordering so called free samples. They will pay through the nose if you don't search hard and long for the fine print.
