COLONIAL CLUB APARTMENTS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS A-Z MANAGEMENT I MOVED OUT IN JULY OF 2008 AND THEY ARE NOW CHARGING ME FOR OUTRAGES CHARGES THAT ARE NOT TRUE AND CHARGE ME FOR RENT AFTER MY LEASE WAS UP AND I DID'NT RENEW THE NEW ONE LAKE WOOD, Ohio
This aprtment complex ripped me off because i move out july 2008 the agreement was to be out by the end of july so i didn't have to sign the new lease in august. well i did cleaned up the apartment, turned in the keys and everything thought everything was ok until feb 2009 my boyfriend get a phone call from an clooection agency stating that we owen 1,761 for damages to the 2 bedroom apartment. well i talk to the collection agency and she gave me a break down of what they are charging me for they charge me to retile the bathroom tube and floors 56.00 to clean 3 windows,35.00 for the stove, 35.00 for the cabients in the kitchen and bathroom, 75.00 for the mailbox key that i turned in 145.00 for some made up late fees ,575.00 for august rent when i wasn't even there, 65.00 for them to replace carpet, 35.00 for some water heater that never exist,and some other charges do have the paper with me at the moment. i am very angry they never sent any notice of took us to court just got a phone call one day in feb
