I placed an order to Color by Pascale on May 5th, 2017 on Facebook. Everything was sent on messenger regarding my order and tracking number. I read that it takes a while and if you have any questions they can be reach on messenger. I first contacted them on May 17th, 2017, wasn't getting any information from my tracking to see how soon it will take because I wanted my lipstick before I went on vacation. No response and sent another message on May 21st , 2017. The next day a package from China came in the mail. Not the colors I ordered and one was broken. So disappointed I was, so I sent them another message on May 22nd, 2017 still no answer back from them. Such a RIP OFF after paying $11.98, but if you was to state you want to continue shopping they will respond on your messagener. There's no number to call or other way I see to contact them. For Any One Please Do Not Order From This Company on Facebook or any other place.
