Columbia House DVD Club Turning me over to a Collection Agency! ripoff Terre Haute Indiana
My son joined the DVD club and we have had nothing but problems! They billed us for DVD's that we did not receive. We filled out a fraud report. I sent letters and made phone calls and no one has done anything other than add late fees and turn us over to a collection agency!
I am certainly not going to pay for anything I did not receive. You can't get in touch with a person on the phone to talk to. You can only email them and if they answer you back that person doesn't know the whole story.
My attorney wrote a letter to the Membership Director and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond! Their customer service is very bad!! I feel like I'm in a no win situation here. I don't know how this is going to be resolved.
