Columbia House DVD ripoff I ordered the special online for 12.40 without contacting me they didn't have some of the movies in stock so they gave them to me as my agreed further movies. They took the additional amount out. It was an additional 28.88 that I had no idea was coming out. Would not have known if didn't call bank for my balance Nationwide
I ordered the special online for 12.40 without contacting me they didn't have some of the movies in stock so they gave them to me as my agreed further movies. They took the additional amount out on my card without contacting me. It was an additional 28.88 that I had no idea was coming out of my account and almost had a overdraft. Would not have known if didn't call bank for my balance that On Line
I went online for a special offer of 49 cents a movie for the first 5. I had to use my visa to order. Some of the movies were not in stock. So instead of contacting me to order another sellection they put them on at full price. Which charged me the clubs regular price. This was done without notifying me. So in turn they took apond there selfs to charge more money to my card without my ok or even giving me the option to denie or say ok to. They added another 28.88 to my card without my permission. They will not give my credit until they recieve the movies back in the mail. I will never deal with them again. It wasn't right and almost had a overdraft on my account because of it. I have also filed a report with visa for this wrong doing. I also called the 800 number and the first operator hung up on me very rude about the issue. The second operator was nicer but still not reassuring it would be taken care of. Both operators refused to let me speak to a supervisor about the issue.
