Commercial Funding Group, Clinton Washington, Michael Parker, AKA Michael Ocean Issue Commitment Letters to Fund, Require Underwriting Fees, Never Fund, Never Return your FEES and Disappear.
I referred several of my clients to
My clients paid Commercial Funding Group underwriting fees, appraisal fees, gave them all required borrower information requested and had a meeting with both Washington and Parker AKA Ocean. My clients were issued commitment letters and closing dates.
We were unable to locate an office with anyone that worked there and mail sent to
My client requested their Thousands of Dollars paid for underwriting to be returned due to Failure to Fund, Washington and Parker/Ocean never returned any calls or refunded my clients money.
We will now have to file a lawsuit and report this to the authorities to recover my clients funds.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP and DO NOT PAY THEM ANY UPFRONT MONEY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FUNDS AND NEVER SEE A LOAN OR THEM AGAIN.
