I received a solicitation in the mail from Communications Publishing,NY, NY. The publishier, Steve Young, states in his marketing scheme to have found many ways to receive CASH from the U.S. Government. He also states that if you act within a short period of time and order his book, he would also include many other written documents. I went on line. I ordered the publication. Guess what? I still have not received it. No contact information is available. Just an address that never responds to any inquiries. This company ripped me off of aproximately $24.00. He also states that he offers the purchaser an "IRONCLAD NO-RISK GUARANTEE".
This company and persons involved needs to be caught and tried as a criminal for using the U.S. Mail to solicit funds in a scheme to rip people off. He and his book is a fraud.
