Complete Landscaping Services Reverand Wayland Hutto parttime independent Baptist minister and owner of landscaping service took over 1000 dollars from us as a deposit on work to be done completed small portion of contract unsatisfactorily and has not r Olney Springs, Colorado
Reverand Wayland Hutto owner of Complete Landscaping Services contracted to pour two small slabs of concrete, install several lilac bushes and lay 2000 feet of grass sod.
He required half of contracted price up front. we paid with a personal check. He completed the first slab of concrete unsatisfactorily and left in a huff not admitting that there was anything wrong with his work. He has failed to return to complete the contract and has to date not returned any of the money we gave as a deposit.
We have attempted to contact him by both cellphone and e-mail. After several attempts in the first two weeks we did receive an e-mail stating that he would not be completing the contract because of the disagreement and would be returning 75% of the deposit money to us within the week. It is now two months later and we have not heard another word from him.
Reverand Hutto and his landscaping business works mainly in the areas of Pueblo, Pueblo West, Colorado Springs and Olney Springs a small town due East of Pueblo.
