I see Conn's is still up to thier old tricks. We went through a simular experience with them a while back. If you want anything at all done you need to call the corparate office. When you get the first person just tell her/him they can't help you and ask for her/his boss. Do the same with the next. Now you are at the top or close to it. They will still try to give you the run around but if you stay firm and civil with them and have all your facts straight they will eventually come round and solve the problem. In our case they finally replaced the refridgerator and $250.00 worth of food. We lost more than that but that is thier limit.
