Quotes from the BBB : "From time to time the company has entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance or Consent Order in various states, agreeing not to violate specified consumers laws. On October 21, 1998, this company entered into a Consent Order with the State of Georgia regarding the Georgia Fair Business Practice Act. The Better Business Bureau has obtained an agreement from the company that it will make a full refund to any consumer who registers a justified complaint with the Better Business Bureau even if it is after the expiration of the consumer's right to cancel. Number of complaints processed by the BBB in last 36 Months: 973 Number of complaints processed by the BBB in last 12 months: 504" This very delicate descrtiption was from BBB, for more objective pro-consumer information go to the State Attorney Generals' offices/web site.

I am employed at a call center that is currently working on the CMS (Consolidated Media Services) project, and I am concerned about these reports. If they are TRUE then I certainly do not want to continue employment. However, I do not want to take this lightly. I take my job seriously, and would appreciate an HONEST answer to whether or not CMS is a fraudulent company. If anyone reads this and can give me an answer, please respond to this report.
