Consumer Solution Automotives Traumatic, frustating, expensive experience Riverdale, Georgia
NEVER buy a car from them. I had the most frustating experience of my life by getting a car from Consumer Solutions Automotives. They told me everything was fine with the car, and that it had been checked by their mechanics. I had to spend almost the price I paid for the car to buy new parts and fix it because the car was simply falling apart, and NOTHING was working (cluster, ignition, wires, door doesn't lock, one of the tires was flat, etc etc etc). It was running for less than a week, and then it broke. Support and response from Consumer Solutions Automotives? NONE! Hundreds of non returned calls, and that was all. No ethics, no assistance, no NOTHING. Again, NEVER, NEVER buy a car or anything from them.

With all these OBVIOUS problems why did you buy the car? Did you test drive this cae? Did you have a mechanic of your choice check out the car for you? It is correct...the dealership shouldn't be selling junk. However there is no excuse for not being a smart consumer or dealing with any salesman without a backbone.
