Sounds like you've had payment problems with them before.

The company has an obligation to their share owners to keep accounts current, it isn't any part of their decision making process to make allowances for chronically late payments or disabilities.
Nor is it discrimination to do so.

I doubt any other company would want you as a customer, with your apparent poor payment history.
It's possible the company would have worked with you if your record hadn't been bad...it's truly not their fault.
NO Ripoff here.
