Complaint Review: Copeland Marketing Corporation - DAYTONA BEACH Florida

I have spoken with this company today twice. They first time I called the answered the phone Elite Vacation Marketing which was interesting to me because i was not aware of the name change. So I called back an hour later to find out how this would affect my contract that they scammed me on. When I confronted them about the name change they gentleman said that they are still copeland marketing and there name never changed. But what I find odd is that if that was the Case why is there website not working and the EVM one is and why do they both have the SAME NUMBER. Beacuse I too have been a victim of this by means of miranda and jason. I just want this to end and get my money back or by the grace of god get my property sold. I am trying to find out about the class action so please fill me in James

Let there be no mistake. Glen Copeland is in no way related to Copeland Marketing Corporation, a.k.a. CMC Vacation Properties, a.k.a. Elite Vacation Marketing Corp., a.k.a. EVM, of Daytona Beach Florida, which currently is under investigation by the Attorney General of Florida for "Deceptive business practices, deceptive advertising". Case Number: L06-3-1086 This company which currently has 298 complaints at the Better Business Bureau - http://www.orlando.bbb.org/newsearch2.asp?ComID=07330024000691 - and 49 complaints at the Rip Off Report, is or was owned exclusively by Jason Lunt and Andrea DeMarco Lunt of Port Orange Florida. Well, Well, Well, so now copeland marketing company is now called Elite Vacation Marketing. Oh and fancy new web site with all of the bells and whistles, whooped-de-doo! Oh and it still says that my timeshare gets exposed to millions (yes it says millions) of people. I know for a fact that that is not true! That means that if they showed my property EVERY day for the time that I paid for (1 year) that 2800 people would be in their display office to see a slide show EVERYDAY! And I mean Every single day all 365 of them. Now if you cut out weekends and holidays then over 4000 people would be going to their little slideshow. Now how are they ever going to proove that in court. The scams and lies continue. And all I want is my $700.00 back because i don't want to do business with them and now that the company has changed. What has happend to my contract with CMC and why didn't they call or write the customers to inform them of the change. SHADY to say the least. My lawyer is having a field day (old navy term) with all of this in your face scams and stuff. He's talking about things like the housing market was at its peak when I started to advertise with CMC and how much did I lose because of it and if i had invested $700 in a stock of mine or a muni-fund how much did I really get robbed by Glen Copeland, Jason Lunt, and Andrea DeMarco Lunt. Not to mention all of the others that know whats going on and are a party to these crimes. And all I wanted was my $700.00 back!

Well it been a few more months after another wasted call to CMC just to have some real slick guy tell me that he is the manager of something or other, but that he would personaly take my timeshare and get it sold asap and that I would hear from him shortly. Its been MONTHS and still I wait. More lies! Oh by the way, if you ask them to show you their proof of the advertising of your property. ha good luck! They said that it would come in the mail. Even if the mailman walked here, it would be here by now. More lies and scams! Oh yah, that ding-bat Miranda said that CMC IS NOT a marketing company! that they are an advertising company and that I need to get my facts straight. OOohhh I had her this time because I have the copy of the agreement that states that $600.00 is for MARKETING and Advertising! Oh and by the way why is it called Copeland MARKETING company? I want my money back and I will do anything to get it! Its gotten beyond the $700.00, NOW its the point that everyone in this company has lied to me! scamed me, stollen money from me! I have nothing to lose, I'm a newly retired Navy vet and I didn't put my life on the line time after time just to return home, and get Robbed by a bunch of thieves sitting at a desk on a phone in sunny Daytona! Lets get the word out and get organized! Companies that scam americans out of money need to be NO must be and will be crushed. Rip-off Report is a great place to start and usually people like me get here by accident, we need to reach out to anyone out there that has bad dealings with CMC and get everyone to petition the state of Florida to put these people in prison, it must be done! We must put a stop to this. Just think of all of the money that has been ripped off from just the people that have posted here, now imagen 10 times that much from the people that don't know yet! I can't see how you believe you were "scammed". CMC is an advertising company and provided the advertising you purchased. If you want proof of advertising simply call 1-800-269-0143 ext 114 and ask for it.

No I didn't just purchase advertising. Yes I was scammed out of $700.00. Rick Berman does "lie" to customers. I not so inept as to believe that Andrea DeMarco Lunt is a Doctor and can diagnose someone to be a lunatic, I do feel more sorry for you. If "Vicky" is really Lee Chase yet I wouldn't know because he sounds like a female on the phone, would mean that I never talked to "Vicky". CMC lies about selling advertising, and is currently under investigation from Attorney General of Florida and the Better Business Bureau period. I am unhappy with the outcome of my marketing campaign, Yes, I have placed an ad in a newspaper and I had better results with the paper in one month than the past 8 months that CMC has not been advertising for me. If I was unhappy with the results of an ad, I would complain to all agencies that "Vicky" couldn provide me with if the ad company lied and scammed me out of money and never presented the ad at all. Well if "Vicky" has committed serious crimes and is in the process of being investigated once again you provide no proof of it and I don't see any complaints about her from anyone but you. Once again tou lie. I have talled to Diane and was not permitted to talk to Rick of whom I did business with. (scam in process) Diane was rude and lied about Ricks deal with me and told me that all I could do was talk to his answering machine. I have filed my case along with transcripts of the phone conversations with Charlie Crist AG of Florida (oh... Did I mention that I work for the specops intell community of the military) It might have slipped your mind that I'm not just one of your normal retired senior folks that you seem to target... No I'm more of you young military men that get real pissed when you steal from me and I will make it known to everyone that CMC is a scam and one way or another I will get every dime back... My lawyers are free and work for the US goverment and don't take kindly to companies scaming money from military people, so hjow are you fit for a lawyer, besides from the looks of it your going to spend much of your time in court and the in jail.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your marketing campaign, we apologise that it didn't work out for you. Have you ever placed an ad in a newspaper? If you're unhappy with the results of the ad, do you complain to all agencies "Vicky" can provide you with? "Vicky" has committed serious crimes and is in the process of being investigated. There is no such thing as a poor receptionist at Copeland Marketing. They get paid more than $10 hour! They are wise to whats going on! , even more so that some of the telemarketers! As far as the lawsuit goes, I wish I knew how to contact you or your lawyer... I would send all of my evidence! Perhaps the owners of this website would like to have it... to share with you, the other victims, or the authorities...
