To Whom it may Concern: I have tried to contact Copperstate Racing for sometime now, and I haven't had much sucess, how ever I did contact the Arizona Better Business and the Atturney Generals Office of Arizona. They didn't have much to help me out, and I am now contacting the US Bankrupyey Court of Phenix Arizona.

http://diecastnascars.com/ All they do is tell everyone to file chargebacks, which is messed up because they still have your money and merchandise, and are now selling it again to someone else for more money. I don't think Copperstate ever filed bankruptcy, which is crap. DiecastNascars pretends to be innocent, but they have all of Copperstate's inventory, website remodeled, customer emails list, employees working there, pricing structure.
