Cornerstone Home Builders, Otto's Camping Resort, Blue Mountain RVs Took our money, never returned calls, left us in limbo for quite some time Lehighton Pennsylvania
We put a deposit of $40,000 down for a home only to find out that we were lost in "the air" someone where. After a ton of phone calls over a 6-9 month period) we finally hired an attorney to get our money back. The owner, Larry Higgins and GM Glen Reimer had every excuse in the book as to why he could not give our money back. He stalled and stalled - then finally, after threatening litigation, 9 months later we received our money - WITHOUT interest I might add. The monies were supposed to be in an escrow account and were not.
