On Dec 17, 2011, I ordered a dvd set (77 Sunset Strip) from Costas dvd through a website called ibuy-dvd.com. It took a few days for them to get my account information correct. On Dec. 20, 2011 they took their money from my acount with a name of BOXLINC, phone number +17143332918 BEJING 785254. Please note that this is exactly the way the transaction is listed on my statement. Then my bank charged me a currency conversion fee. I finally received the dvd set I purchased and the box had been wet. There are stains on it and in the disc sleeves and the dvd's are blank. I've tried calling the phone number available but never get an answer (973)500-3122. I emailed and have only been able to correspond with someone named Rene Sadler (
[email protected]) There is no address on their website only a phone number. I have been trying to remedy this with them for 2 months.
I knew this was never going to be resolved so I took their option of a 70% refund as they wanted me to return the blank dvd's to bejing before refunding my money. So after I took this option of a %70 refund without having to return the item, I received an email from this Rene Sadler on Jan 25, 2012 stating that they had already processed my refund and it would be in my account in 10 to 14 working days. Well today Feb 15, 2012 is the 15th working day, the money is still not back in my account and now this Rene Sadler will not answer my emails. I tried calling the number again and only get a recording that no one is available. I would be willing to talk to anyone about this and produce the evidence if they are reputable and trustworthy. Please is there anyone that can help? These people need to be shut down asap!! Thank you for your time.
