On March 9th, 2006. I purchased on line, for a site that says find out any information on anyone including yourself. I needed to find out some information on a person, so I decided to check it out. Before I paid, It said to enter your information on the person in question, so I did. Then it came back stating, it had information on this person. Thats when I decided to buy it. So I paid $24.99 to Direct Digital Media. Right after I paid, I went on the site, and found out I couldn't find out anything. So, I decided to enter in me. I couldn't even get anything on me! So I wrote to them, and I said I had questions, and I left it at that. No response, on their support page. I kept writting, and finally on the 23rd of march I got a response. Asking whats my question? So I wrote back stating that the site doesn't give me any information, not even on myself, and that I want my money back. Now there's nothing again. I have kept records and copies of my letters, so I have proof I've been trying to get a hold of them since the 9th. I am very angry that this crap is happening everywhere. They supposedly have a support line that will help you within 24 hours. Thats the most rediculous thing I have seen, because if you do the math, march 9th to march 23rd is well beyond 24 hours. I'm usually not taken by bogus claims, this time I messed up, and didn't do my home work on the company first. It WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

Can anyone help me get my money back?

I finally received a refund of the whole amount of 24.99 on april 10th 2006. They said, "I never said I had a problem". Yes I did. I asked for my money back on the 23rd of march. I waited that long, because I was waiting for a response from someone there, since march 9/10th. It took from the 23rd of march to the 10th of april, to get my money back. There was no e-mail sent back to me stating they even received my last request of a refund, on the 23rd. If they are really legit, they need to work on there customer support. It reads, support within 24 hours. They need to revise, and say, support, within 30 days. I do not need anyones permission to file a complaint, with whom I have done business with, and I am not satisfied with their services. If I would have received a response within the 24 hours, it would have never, and I mean NEVER gone this far. When it got to the 2 week time, then I was steaming. Because I was taken advantage of and what they said about the customer support wasn't true! This is no way to run a business. The business needs to go over and review their obligations, and follow through with them. When they do, is when they will no longer have this kind of problem. thanks,

This woman's money was returned after the first email from her. Please remove us from your site. You didn't have our permission for the initial posting, and you didn't notify us of a problem. This customer didn't use the full membership benefits and was unable to navigate the site. Her search was unsuccessful for this reason. We can't guarantee every search is successful.
