DO NOT LEASE A UNIT HERE!!!

As per Florida Statute 83.49, anytime a tenant and landlord enter an agreement to lease, the security deposit has to be kept in a separate non-interest bearing account so it does not co-mingle with funds AND the deposit must be returned within 15 days of the termination of the lease. It has been over a month and this building so far has yet to confirm that my deposit will be returned. I have submitted receipts, copies of the law, cancelled checks, and signed contracts and as of yet nothing. These guys will do everything possible including making you jump through hoops to get the funds back and even then they stall. This is illegal and I have reported them to the BBB and the state agencies that protect consumers.
This building is otherwise great, but there are other options in the area that do not play these games. Stay away.
