CR BAN CORP ripoff fraud lie scammer scam Longbeach California
About a week ago, I was contacted about a unsecured credit line from up to 2500 to 7000 dollars. I was told that I would recieve a good credit line regardless of my credit which was not all that good ( i am in the process of rebuilding) so I thought I would hear the lady out....I was promised pretty much a credit card with no deposit or fees, plus 50 dollars in free gas and 500 dollars in money saving grocery coupons with my order.
I was assured my bank account would be charged no FEES. She immediatly recorded me for verification and told me not to ask any questions during the process just to answer YES or NO, I kept explaining to her that I did not want to go thru with this becouse I was moving in 2 days and closing out my bank account, She insisted that this would help repair my credit and that I could cancell anytime, during the recording I was informed that I would have to pay a 149 dollar processing fee to be debited out of my account on NOV 20th 2003.
I was told though that I could go ahead and prolong or extend that date till funds were avalibale or i could cancell all together. So after our phone verification, I called the toll free number to cancel only to find either a busy signal or a Message staing that no one is in the call service center to take my call.
I have called early mornings and evenings a dozen times a day to try to cancell but no one will answer..plus I even left a message demanding a call back but never got a response. These people knew what they were doing to me and my account but failed to let me know. They do not answer theier customer service line nor respond back. I am now in the process of trying to call my bank to stop the withdrawl of 149 becouse of lack of funds and me wanting to close out my account, and all together cancel this so called "contract" they said i could cancel anytime, IT was all lies, and i was not told the honest truth, Even the supervisor talked to me just to get more bank information of my account, and he along with her avoided my questions and wouldnt answer them. Stay clear of this company,,thier up to no good, Im still trying to cancell my order at this time, and hope to soon.
