I ordered cushions on July 10, 2007 via phone and paid by credit card, was told it would take 8-10 weeks.
Called on Oct 5th to check on status of order, a person looked it up and told me it will be shipped on the 15th.
Called again on Oct 25th, left a message and asked about my order. A prerecorded message was left on our answering machine stating it will be shipped in 4 weeks.
Called again on Oct 26th, and asked to speak with someone in person (it seems now no one is answering their phone), and received the same prerecorded message stating our order will be shipped in 4 weeks.
Has anyone actually received anything from this company?

refund received only after filing complaint with state attorney general and fraud charges with credit card company. note- refund recieved from credit card company, not vendor.

We have been providing quality service for over 25 years, the largest fabric mill in the USA shut its doors leaving us to deal with a number of customers that could not get their products. All related customers will or have received product or been refunded depending on their particular situation. This customer received a full refund.
