I also found this website via google. I ordered a custom cap for my two year old nephew that I only get to see twice a year as a Christmas gift. I placed the order on 11/15/11 and when I landed in Chicago over a month later, my sister told me that the cap never arrived. I have since sent 4 e-mails that have never been responded to, there is also no contact phone number...shady!
The cap cost me $25...I lost my job back in April of 2011 and dug this out of my savings account so that I could get my nephew something special. On their site, they actually offer cap sizes especially made for toddlers....SICK! I wound up having to go to Kmart to get him a $10 truck since that's all I could afford. On the bright side, he loved his truck =) and paypal refunded me my money!
