Crazy Custom Caps No phone number to call, no customer service, no response to emails, no tracking, and NO HAT Internet
22 Sep my hat was supposedly sent. The first thing I noticed was that there was no way to track my order. After 10 days (as promised) I sent an e-mail and requested order status. I sent a request everyday after that point and got no responses at all. On 30 Oct I took my request directly to paypal. I finnaly got an email from Eric at Custom crazy caps who assured me my order had been sent but he could not tell me where it was. On 01 Nov I filed a dispute through paypal and by 03 Nov my money had been returned to my account. Never did get the hat. Paypal was Great!
