Upon further review, the Credit Doctor 911, Idenity theft (opening Bank accounts) with clients personal information is now coming out. Also unauhthorized credit card charges on clients credit cards is now coming out. I am urging these people to come forward to the authorities which one I know is doing. So if you were a client of this company please do not be intimidated to come forward. Also a request to the NMLS National Mortgage Licensing System is being sent to inquire about false Pre-Qualification letters issued By Mr Rabago and his wife Maria Chavez on the letter head of Allied Mortgage. This is a crime again let YOUR VOICES BE HEARD!

Mr Crtedit Doctor,
I find it amusing that someone's public information such as your criminal record(S) and the truth about your company would be considered harassment. If your clients or potential clients bothered to do there homework they would see you are a convicted felon and offer false hope to individuals in need. I strongly urge any past victims of this company to call the Federal trade commission at (202) 326-2222 and let your voices be heard.

Don - If people would get awards for speaking out of ignorance than you would get it, hands down! You obviously have some personal issue with me that you occupy your time defaming my name and what I do for a living. I have been in business for over 27 years and one unfounded and false complain is not indicative of my reputation. As far as the Pinehill House, the owner was not my client! I was a client of hers and I lost $27k that was paid to her. Get your stories right! I was at the losing end of a bad business transaction and yes that house was lost to foreclosure. If you are so legit and you have stories to say about me, then why hide behind a keyboard and screen. Publish your real name, address, and phone number. Its not like I will not get them soon since I have filed a harrassment charge against your anonymous calls to my cell phone and the police has your recorded voice.

Mr Rabago seems to leave trail of financial victims in his wake....... If false Pre Qualification letters were written, Mr Rabago should be arrested and charged with mortgage fraud.... I believe in my studies he was involved with a woman that owned a home on Pinehill in San Antonio TX.. This house was foreclosed on in July. Promising Credit Solutions people are like sheep to the slaughter when it comes to Credit Doctor 911. Yes a person is able to negotiate for themselves with the CC companies but not many are aware of this fact. If you feel you have been a victim of Mr Rabago or any other Credit Repair Scams contact the United States Justice Dept. Or The FTC and let your voices be heard. I know I will!

First and foremost I want to say that TODAY, September 14, 2010, is the first day that I became aware that someone could have put my NAME and CELL on a report that would defame not only my company, but myself and awwell as my wife.
Secondly, I want to applaud the consumer that wrote the comment about why we, as a country, are in the financial hardships we face today! I want to assure that I run my business with the highest standards of ethics! I don't sell out to anyone that flashes money in my face and put those individuals in a financial marketable position so that they can get ANOTHER free ride on our system and declare bankruptcy later, like Donald Trump!
Thirdly, I want to challenge this site to do proof reading and some type of integrity or mathematical analysis on people's comments -- that is not to say to eliminate a complaint from someone that cannot articulate properly. She stated on the first line that she entered into a contract that offered a guarantee if no improvement was done by the 6th month. THEN, in her body, she admits to breaching my contract before the 6th month when she stated she would just wait the 6 months and collect on my $5000 Guarantee. Why would I not cancel her when she stated at that point that she will not participate in CORRECTING HER VERY OWN CREDIT SITUATION! (By the Way - her cost to my program was $1,000.00)
Other Facts:
** She was on a credit repair program for a year prior to enrolling to my Financial Reconstruction Program. ** She tried to do credit repair on her own prior to me. ** I was on her file for ONLY 3 MONTHS. (She was a chronic bad payer and I STILL I could have done it within 6 MONTHS) ** It was at the end of 2nd month that I had to meet her at a bank to establish an account so that it would help her credit ** She DID qualify for a loan program, but did not want it because she had to pay $3,000 down payment, BUT she wanted to get the money from a Down Payment Assistance Program eventhough she had over 10k in the bank. ** I coached her realtor on the fly on how to negotiate the closing cost to be paid by the seller. ** the Down Payment Assistance Program should have done the home inspection for free. ** When she called, I asked her if she had done anything of what I had asked her to do and she replied "I dont't think that will work to increase my score" So if she was the expert - WHY DID SHE HIRE ME TO BEGIN WITH?????? Then she stated she will not do anything else to HELP ME HELP HER...so yes, I told her she had a bad attitude towards this ** AFTER SHE MOUTHED OFF TO ME, AS A PROFESSIONAL - I TOLD HER TO CONSIDER HER CHILDREN NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE HOUSE, SHE IS THE ONE WHO OPTED TO TERMINATE MY SERVICES!
TO FUTURE CLIENTS:
I hope this gives you an insight on what people perceive and how the REAL FACTS are. I will do THE BEST job to restore your life as it pertains to finances. I am 100% Successful if you complete the program. I am the only one in the country that offers a 10 Day Program; however, its TIME vs MONEY so I enroll everyone to my 6 month program. I am here to provide a LEGITIMATE SERVICE and earn an HONEST COMPENSATION for my service. I try very hard to weed out the people that have no clue what being financially responsible is about, but as you can see, at times I do not catch them before they enroll. I have been in business for a long time!
Thank you for your attention.

So your angry you got scammed out of 5 grand by a scammer promising to improve your bad credit with the goal being, so you in turn can sucker some bank into giving you a loan you obviously cant afford?Thats how we got into this recession. I know you dont want to hear this, But the only way to improve "your" credit is by you doing it yourself! You should have taken that 5 grand and paid some of your bills! Rent until you can get in a better position! But hey, im old fashioned like that!
