On may 23 2017 i finally signed up after a co worker told me to use them because she was using them, i figured
everything was fine until she contacted me an told me she was wrong and she didnt see any progress really so i backed out i faxed them so i could cancel my account which is crazy u should have the choice to cancel threw our portal i dont want my previous money back all but i do want my money for a recent charge which is even more crazy because i cancelled may 29 2017 and they take money out my account on june 23 2017 for the amount of 119.00 for them deleting one item i didnt aske them to delete!! i had already cancelled them!! i have to wait for it to post before i can file a claim with my bank ! i shouldve listen to my gut and never signed up.. i hope they read this since i havent been able to reach no one in there home office !!
