Cricket Communications manager David Loera Store manager: Amanda from Falfurrias, TX One of the employees gave my metallic purple blackberry flip phone to an unknown customer other than myself. They did not ask for verificaiton of oneself like a drivers liscense or id card. Kingsville, Texas
I went into the Cricket store located at 632 E. King to have my metallic purple blackberry sprint phone flashed. The phone was sent to the Corpus store and was then sent back to the Kingsville store. The phone was picked up from the manager: David Loera and was at the store when I called to see if they received it the manager Amanda said yes and she would charge it for 10 minutes to see if it was flashed. Then I went into the store today to pick up the phone and the manager could not find it. She took my name and number and mentioned she would call her other coworkers about it and get back with me. She called and mentioned the other coworker had given it to supposively to my daughter which I do not have and supposidly the person had described it. So without taking proper steps of looking at an identification card or drivers liscense gave the phone to the wrong owner. I was furious and called the local police to file a report and was told it was a civil matter and if I wanted to take it further that I would need to file a civil law suit. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner: David Loera cell number: 361-765-1848 with no luck. I have called the other store for some information and they will get back with me. What else to do. I just want my phone back....
