I have carried Cricket for four years,never had a problem with their service before.But i DO NOW!!! For the past 7 months in a row i have had to return to the Cricket Store to ask them to turn my phone Back ON!!! After just PAYING MY BILL on time. Check your BILL make sure cricket isn't charging you hidden fee's for late charges or should i say reinstallment fee of $10.00 + $3.00 in store payment fee. I had late charges even when i paid on TIME, Keep your receipts!!! Watch for rises in your normal bill payment.
I have had 4 Kyocera Lingo phones all malfuctioned ( Screen blacks out or whites out on one or both sides, cracked at the hinges to the flip keyboard open, speakers on phone where you talk into and heard out of... shorting out leaving you unable to hear or be heard, glued on cricket sign fell off, buttons not working when you press them) As you can see i had more then enough problems with this phone......
Today i had to get a new phone cause my kyocera lingo broke at the hinges. Right in the middle of bill cycle can't turn it off till my next bill payment, I can't be without a phone....no home phone.....So i did purchase another phone feeling like against my will, i got the new samsung. It came with a re-bate i took the flyer and filled it out checked over it....AND SAW it expired Back in September 30th 2009. It's October 17th Come on!!!! So back to Cricket store to show him what he gave me.You should of seen his face he knew he f- up. So no re-bate. And i got the $129.99 deal but since i'm not a new customer i don't get the phone holder/cover. There is no where on the sign that says that, i think if it's not part of the deal.CRICKETS should clearly print it on the SIGNS!! THEY WON'T CAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO, that's what i was told by a employee that works there. HOW RUDE!!!!!
