Cross Country Bank ripoff, harassers, money mongers bothering honest NY'ers outlandish ripoff late fees Willmington Delaware
I fell into the trap that this company would help me re-build my credit.....ha, ha, ha, ha.
Things were going good UNTIL I had a debt consolidation company "help" me with my bills. They helped all right, they took the bill money and ran. Anyway, the "kind hearted" folks at CCB became my worst nightmare!
After the problem was explained and "payment arrangements" were made with a supposed supervisor, I would get calls every three days at home and work. These people are rude, abusive and just plain dumb!
I have worked hard to pay off the supposed late fees that they cahrge and guess what, every other month no matter how soon I send a payment, I get a late fee and have proof that payment was there on time.
Now not only do I get calls EVERY three days, they call me 5 or 6 times PER DAY. I work in a hospital and will lose my job if they keep this up. I have told them this and they don't care.
One person started yelling at me that I was lying about working in a hospital and demanded that I speak to him then and there while a patient was coding. Needless to say, I threw the phone down and did my job. When I got back to the phone he was still waiting...do you believe it?
I have asked them to close my account and they down right refused to do so. I am working on getting a loan to oay these goons off and write them outta my life.
