Steve and Jill are thief's and liars. My better judgement told me not to use them as Jills appearance is off putting. (((REDACTED))) But Steve seemed like a great guy so we hired them anyways! They took my Money up front in full..then when I fired them because I caught Jill DRINKING ON THE JOB and smoking cigarettes in my front yard! Now that I've fired them, they won't return the money I paid! Please do not trust them. Go with your gut! Do not allow tweekers in your home!

This is a formal request to Kaytlyn (unsure of how to spell her name) to update this fake and malicious report. You know that it is not true, as along with the one that has YOUR NAME ON IT, and the 5 fake yelp reviews you also did on the same day, from the same computer. I am going to give you a chance to make your mistake right.
This fake review was done out of revenge and malice by a girl whos father (Gil Finley of BST Construction) owes us on numerous jobs that he was paid in full for. After numerous attempt to resolve, his lack of accountability gave us no other choice but to file 20 complaints with the CSLB for failure to pay, which he is now pending discplinary action on from the CA attorney General. The behaviour of this girl, by attempting to bash our name is disgusting. Especially when I do not even know her. Below are the fake yelp reviews that she did on the same day.

TO whom it may concern, (Since we have never had a customer by the name of "Ronnie Sims")
Crouse Plumbing is a local business built on honesty and Integrity. Our customers are our #1 priorty. Without our customers, we wouldent be in business. We never have, nor never would take payment in full, before ANY job. Nor would anyone assoicated with Crouse Plumbing, "drink and smoke On the Job" thats just ridiculious. And if you ever hired someone that did that, I hope you would file a formal complaint with the CSLB. Because that type of behavior is unacceptable. A good reputation comes from hard work, lots of it, treating people right, and doing business the right way. Like the saying goes, "Actions speak louder than words".
So, with that being said, I am sorry that you felt the need (for whatever reason) and also took the time to make SEVEN fake profiles in an attempt to bash our good name buy posting fake and meritless reviews. I hope you have a better day.
