CSMarkets Ripoff tried ripping me off by sending broken printer and blaming UPS Monroeville Pennsylvania
I won an Ebay auction for a printer offered by CSMarkets and they sent me a printer with broken ink cartrige holders. You could not put ink in the printer, I sent 3-5 emails to the seller asking him to explain or send shipper so I could return item and I got no response. Then UPS showed up asking for the equipment back. Apparently this seller filed a claim with UPS stating that the printer was damaged during shipping. This was totally false. I asked for a receipt and tracking number before releasing the printer. Then I still got nothing from seller. Finally I had to file a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back This Ripoff artist tried to offer me 1/2 of my money back to settle the claim and I told him to get lost. I read the ebay feedback and this apparently happens A LOT to this guy's customers. I still got no response from the seller and the PayPal claim took about 1 month. So from the beginning of this fiasco I was out my money for almost 60 days. This Seller is a complete scam artist and does not care about screwing any of his customers.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY TRY TO SCREW EVERYONE.
I finally got my money back once PayPal settled claim, but I had to spend lots of time on working out this issue since seller NEVER once did anything to help.
