CTP Cigarettes ripoff No product delivered, no refunds, no communication Internet
I ordered four cartons in January and after several e-mails complaining about no delivery, I was told that I would receive a refund within 10 days. After several more e-mails complaining about no refund, I have heard NOTHING!!! I have reported them to the US Atty General and my state atty general.
