This company is still unsatisfactory on the BBB with over 275 compliants. So we are supposed to believe this customer was in the wrong? Obviously the person who rebutted the compliant could not actually go into detail about why the customer was in the wrong. I have heard of other rip-offs regarding this company

Curtis approved and acknowledged in writing approval for one location that was supplied, on 8/9/07, for the 1 machine that was purchased. The customer requested addition locations that we supplied at no additional cost. Since then we did not hear from this customer. I addressed a letter to the BBB on 3/19/08 upon hearing that the customer was unhappy. I said all this customer had to do was return calls to the locator and we would have accommodated the customer. Apparently the customer decided to do nothing. My office contacted the customer and again said that we would supply additional locations and I had our locator contact the customer again. Reviewing all of the above I do not understand how this customer can complain. The other issue where our ex salesperson was contacted and had made remarks about us seem unfair since this person was employed by Gaines for almost 5 years and I have numerous letters from her stating that I was the best boss she ever worked for and that Gaines was the most customer oriented company she has ever worked for. She told me that she was leaving this business because a friend was going to start her in the real estate business. The letters I have on file clearly contradict the comments that could have been said by the ex employee.
