I put a deposit down on custommade.com of $1155 for someone on the website to build me a reception desk. The guy ghosted me after being two months past his deadline while giving me every excuse in the book why he wasn't done. I contacted custommade.com regararding the situation and they did nothing. I contacted them a second time and they said I couldn't file a complaint becuase I had already done so. Well, if they would have done something in the first place I wouldn't have had to file a second complaint. They have both stopped responding to me and meanwhile the guys account is still active on the website ready to scam the next person. It shows that custommade.com does not care about their customers at all. Shameful!
