Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had received this computer shortly before xmas for my business. It had cost me $3500 to make the configuration, about another $400 in shipping/repairs, and another $20,000 to $35,000 because I had to rely on this glorified paperweight.  I will never recommend Cyberpower as a viable business option.

Arrival: After 2 weeks it had blue screened and wouldn't get passed the windows loading screen even in safe mode. This included when I tried a disc/flash boot.  When I contacted tech support, I had to perform a ram test and see if it was the ram, mobo slots, or possibly the power supply. From here out I turned off my overclocking that (I paid for).  I switched the ram for every slot and configuration. This took 4 hours between swapping and waiting. I had 2 sticks of bad ram. They sent me an RMA for (2) A-DATA GAMING SERIES 2 GB DDR3 1600 and I shipped them back.

2nd Arrival: They did arrive rather fast and dead. I inserted them into my machine and booted up. Still BSOD after a while. I also make various attempts to recreate the BSOD. I had opened 23 IE windows, 17 Firefox windows, ran a DVD, run another movie, Assassins Creed, Guild Wars 1, Minesweeper, Pinball, Fallout: New Vegas, and still won't BSOD. Re-ran the ram test, 4 sticks of bad ram. I returned all the ram and they sent me all new ram. This time I argued my way to take the whole computer back, but I had to pay the $70 for shipping. I don't have time to fix someone else's mistakes.

3rd Arrival: Yay, I can run in safely in safe mode! Alright, running in windows. 3 days later BSOD. Ram test. 2 dead. Return ram, video card, powersupply, and motherboard. They said they ran diagnostics and everything looked fine except the ram.
MoBo- GIGABYTE X58A-UD3R 3WAY CROSSFIRE
Videocard- SUPERCLOCK EVGA NVIDIA GTX 580 1.5GB
Power Supply- COOLERMASTER SILENT PRO 850W POWER

4th Arrival: I took in my computer to another company to put it back together since I don't have the time since its a custom case.  I didn't notice until I booted that they put everything back in, but they had accidentally left a fan unplugged. I rerun memory test. Still bad ram. I told Cyberpower tech support.

5th Arrival: Take pictures of everything. Do a ram test. No bad ram? No bad ram! Three weeks later it BSOD. Redo ram check 1 bad stick. Two weeks later another bad stick.  I go and talk to a friend about possible options, he says it is most likely the power supply. Warranty has ended. The computer functions in most ways.  I can't use it for work since it will blue screen on advanced stuff. I did figure out that when I run Guild Wars 2 at full settings it pulls power from my UPS as if its going through a power outage. It most likely happens when the shaders are on high or the texture rate is set to super. I turned off another fan and it doesn't BSOD, but I couldn't use graphically intensive programs or render models.

Long story short, they knew they sold me something defective. They "attempted" to fix it, but the problem still remained.
