Cyclone Aluminum, Inc. Will NOT PAY BACK My Money Port Saint Lucie Florida
In July of 2006, I signed a contract to have Cyclone Aluminum, Inc. install hurricane shutters on my home. The person giving the estimate was James Wood and the contact person in charge at Cyclone was Angela Staples. They, at the time of the estimate, they claimed to be fully licensed and insured. They both claimed to have done numerous jobs in the county of Broward. They showed me testimonials on their website - http://www.cycloneenclosures.com/ showing me satisfactory work done in my county of Broward. I gave them a deposit of $3,800.00. After that, they sent another employee to remeasure. They told us there would be increased costs due to an awning and other factors. After researching our options I contacted them for a refund of my deposit as the original quote was not correct (on their part). Angela Staples agreed... that was over 1 year ago! I received $1,500. but have not heard from them in over 7 months. I have left over 60 combined voice and email messages... NO RESPONSE! I want my money paid back as promised back.. it's my money. James Wood has informed me Cyclone Aluminum is in financial difficulty - but this is no way to treat anyone. They're still in business.
