So I do learn the hard way and now will pay the price or should I say double the price. I would be cautious when dealing with these businesses in the future and want to warn others of their practices, thanks!
Thanks for the email and dont see how you can make anything better. I have given D and M several opportunities to satisfy my vehicle siutuation and every chance I give you to remedy the issue I find myself in an even worse scenario and dont find this to be a pleasant experience. I even referred my mom to your company and she found herself in the same situation however she wasnt dumb enough to go back for more like I was.
I was told after two years of paying these high payments I would be able to exit my Infinity and get into something with no super debt however I am now deeper in the hole with my car then ever. I am open to hear options you may have to exit this vehicle however dont feel there are any available after talking with several people. I am very discourgaed in doing business with D and M again.

Jim, I am not aware of any BBB scam but will forward your comments to our local office and make sure there is no question about our business rating or reporting to the public.
The fact is that the reason I personally make an effort to contact every client who has an issue with our company is because I care about our customers, customer service and our reputation. I will not tell you we've never made a mistake, we have.
Your cynicysm of the BBB may stem from a personal circumstance, personally I don't believe everthing I read on the internet, but we have a great relationship with our local BBB people and monitor our results carefully. The fact is we do about 700 transactions a month and have had only one complaint with the BBB in the last 12 months until this one. I have researched this complaint and emailed the client. We will work with him and report the results of our efforts to the BBB so they can be part of our rating one way or the other. JG

For the benefit of the original poster as well as those of you eavesdropping here I want you all to see exactly what has happened. First let me say to the original complainant. you need to understand finance better. You don't get out of being upside down by obligating yourself to paying back more money. Secondly, when you trade a car which you still owe money on, the amount you owe doesn't just vanish! The amount you still owe gets put into the loan for the new purchase and in effect you are paying for two cars but driving one. I would be exceedingly careful with these people. They are trying to dazzle you by spouting off this CRAP about the BBB. Any legitimate, ethical businessman knows about the BBB CON GAME. This "accreditation" this person is talking about is available to ANYBODY who wants to BUY ONE! The BBB doesn't do some kind of market study and "award" these "memberships" to only the most ethical businesses on the street! Anybody and I do mean ANYBODY can buy whatever phoney accreditation they want from them. Then what they do is continue scamming customers and when somebody complains they hide behind the BBB phoney accreditation and useless "rating". Before you do anything more, I urge you to go to Youtube and search for "BBB SCAM". Also check out bbbroundup.com. I do not know the full particulars of your case but what I do know beyond a shadow of a doubt is the BBB is a recognized congame and many of those business who are running their own unethical operations use the BBB as a tool to help them deceive and defraud others. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE!

Research is being done by our customer service manager on your complaint but more details are needed for me to be able to help. We also received your email at the company to which I have personally responded along with my contact information. Please call or email me as soon as possible so I can get more specifics and address these issues with you.
D&M Leasing has been in business over 30 years and sixty to seventy percent of our clients are repeat and refferal just like you. Nearly all of our 700 or so clients a month are happy with us but occasionally we may have a situation slip through the cracks. D&M Leasing is a BBB accredited business. Our rating is A+ with only one complaint in the last 12 months which was closed. All previous issues are addressed and closed.
I handle our customer service issues personally in every case and will do all I reasonably can to put you in the best possible position if you will contact me. You are a valued customer and I look forward to hearing from you with more details. Regards, Joe Graber President 817-461-8888 x205
