D & D Masonry D & D Masonry will rip you off! Chicopee Massachusetts
We ordered our chimney cleaned 2 years ago in 2013. The serviceman came out from D&D and cleaned the chimney for less than $100, than talked my mother into having the top of the chimney retiled for $600. They said they would be out next week, but no one ever showed up. After a few phone calls and constant delays, they weather was finally too cold and they said they would come in the spring.
Spring came around but D&D Masonry never did. After another series of phone calls in which D&D Masonry told us someone would "be out the next day," "next week," "next Monday," "you're next on the list," "someone will call you," "the president of the company will call you," no one ever showed or provided the service my 86 year old mother on a fixed income had paid for.
This company is clearly a rip-off and you should stay clear!
