The company is violating employee rights.

They never provide a handbook or rules about the job, nothing to backup the employees.  So at any point given they can make changes and the employees have no voice.

They are obligated to work Monday-Saturday from 6:30am till 5pm or later.  Acoording to Jonathan (supervisor commercial side) they have no options either you like it or leave (very unprofessional).

Requesing days off due to sickness or vacation is a pain in the butt Jonathan makes a big deal about it, which is not fare you earn the time.

Jonathan treats the employees wrong w/ yelling at their faces and making fun of them for no reason, he might be bipolar or abuse drugs. One moment he seems fine and than he is mad. The company should do a drug test on ALL employees w/ no exception.

Somedays you are told not to take lunch or breaks becasue they are sooo behind work.

They are firing legal employees and hiring ilegal workers. I guess because they don't know their rights in the US and they can abuse them. Also if you are African American Jonathan will not hire you (very racism) so don't waste your time applying. He might call you for the interview but that's it. They only have one person of color.... (very weird)

Time cards are supposed to be legal but here they are not. Jonathan takes long lunches/breakfast of over 2 hrs with some/favorite employees or even say they have worked a certain time and they haven't. They ALWAYS  lie on the timecards, causing the company BIG lost of $ of course nobody is looking at the financial records because that would of brought a red flag.

They need to look into the records and find a justification to why employees are required to work overtime all the time. Is it really needed all the time? Nope ;) Some jobsites are done slow because of the same reason, making upset contractors like the ones from Opryland. By the way Jonathan has been ran off by some jobsites because of his attitude, causing the name of the company to look bad.

Of course they don't have an hr person and the owner is not aware of any matter or he pretends not to notice.

Never work for this company if Jonathan is the person in charge he will treat you wrong.

Mr. Dale do some investigations before your company is sue ASAP (couple of employees are sure thinking about it). You might consider showing up at the office and even at the job sites. Open your eyes and ears. Lot of employees are not happy with the leadership of Jonathan. Look at your records and pull investigations on the employees.

You are very incorrect Mr. Jonathan. I still work for the company. Not sure who you are talking about now. You have made me laugh w/ your post...  Makes me wonder who it was now.

But you will be laughing more went ICE comes in the office. Hopefully l'll be there to take a picture and publish it here.

I hope you are carrying a valid permit for your gun too :) Since that is your "buddy".

Isn't the internet great? It is the last bastion of the ignorant, where cowardice can revel in anonymity. This is nothing more than a disgruntled former employee trying to create conflict with wildly inaccurate and simply false accusations.

His refusal to work and gross insubordination led to him being reprimanded, but never more. After being caught falsifying his own time sheets, he vehemently denied it and tried to claim discrimination. HE then chose to quit, in a rather profanity laden, overly dramatic fashion.

No employee at Dale, Inc. is ever expected to work without lunch or breaks. Overtime is given freely to those who wish to work it. In an economy where jobs are few and far between, you would think allowing employees to make as much money as they want would be welcomed and appreciated. I guess not. Handbooks are, in fact, provided to all employees. The allegations of racism are absolutely baseless and highly offensive. We have a diverse work force with far more than "one person of color". The only discrimination is towards those who do not wish to work and be a productive member of a team.

I could continue to refute this post, but I'll attribute the personal slights to the inane ramblings of wounded pride.
