DATAJACK Returned product which was falsely advertised w/in one week untouched and they promised a $69.99 refun which never arrived Dallas, Texas
I ordered this laptop computer access plug in for one month while I was in & out of surgeries. They made false prices in different states. I bought it for one month in AZ and founf=d it w2as cheaper in Dallas and they also charge you not for one month as they say but on a contract basis monthLY. I immediately called them and asked why rthe advertising was fraudulent per state & they said return it immediately which I did and the promised a $69.99 refund which was back in February 2012. It has Never arrived. I also saw a few other people file similar reports of fraudulent behavior from Datajack. I still would like my refund and call it a day. I was in Dallas for one month and in & out of surgery bnut muy records do not lie. I never got one penny back from them.

After reading your post, I am confused by the accounting of events. I am assuming that you purchased the device and service at an independent wireless dealer in Arizona. DataJack sells service through
multiple channels such as direct online at DataJack.com and through independent wireless dealers nationwide.
We have little control over the return policy or pricing at these independent stores as we sell the service to the wireless dealers and then they in turn sell to their customers. Based on the price you mention in your post, it appears you were charged the standard retail price of $69.99. The only time there is ever a price lower than that is if there is an online promotional special or if a dealer chooses to run a
special offer. That being said, without more detail, it is very difficult to research the issue you are encountering.
